1.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service or discontinue any product without prior notice. However, we will fulfill all confirmed and paid orders as agreed.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
2.1. Happystyle365 specializes in selling men’s and women’s clothing and shoes. All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. In case of stock shortages after order placement, we will notify you within 24 hours to offer alternatives or a full refund.
2.2. We strive to ensure that product descriptions (e.g., fabric composition, fit, color) are accurate and based on manufacturer specifications. However, slight variations may occur:
– Color differences: Due to screen resolution and lighting, the actual product color may differ slightly from the on-site image.
– Technical deviations: Minor differences in dimensions or weight may exist due to production batches, without affecting functionality.
2.3. Prices listed on the website include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian regulations. Delivery charges are excluded from the listed price and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location (domestic only, for now) and order weight. Free delivery will be offered for orders exceeding ₹1,999 (subject to change).
3. PAYMENT AND BILLING

3.3. Any fraudulent activity or suspected misuse of payment methods will result in immediate cancellation of the order, blocking of your account, and potential legal action in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and Indian Penal Code.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
4.1. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after successful payment. Once processed, orders are shipped via our authorized courier partners, and a tracking number will be shared via SMS/email.
4.2. Delivery times vary by location:
– Metro Cities (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai): 2-3 business days
– Tier 2/Tier 3 Cities: 3-5 business days
– Rural Areas: 5-7 business days
Delivery may be delayed due to external factors such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical disruptions. We will notify you promptly of any such delays.
4.3. Happystyle365 is not liable for delays, damages, or loss of products caused by third-party courier services. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier service if such issues arise, provided you report the problem within 24 hours of delivery (for damages) or within 3 business days of the expected delivery date (for non-delivery).
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5.1. You may return Happystyle365 products within 10 days of delivery under the following conditions:
– The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact).
– The product is defective, damaged, or incompatible with your device (proven with valid proof, e.g., photos of the defect, device model details).
– The product received is different from the one ordered (e.g., wrong color, wrong model).
Note: Customized products (e.g., personalized clothing) are non-returnable unless defective.
5.2. Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Initiate a return request via our website or customer care (contact@happystyle365.in) within the 10-day window, providing your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will verify the request and share a return shipping label (if the return is due to our error, e.g., defective product, wrong order).
- Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (processing time may vary by bank/wallet).
5.3. Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
– The return is due to a defect, damage, or error on Happystyle365’s part (e.g., wrong product, faulty accessory).
– The product is incompatible with your device despite our website’s compatibility information being inaccurate.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. Happystyle365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to:

– Damage to your device caused by improper use of our products (e.g., using a charger with a voltage incompatible with your phone, despite our manual’s warnings).
– Loss of business or productivity due to delayed delivery or product defects.
6.2. Our liability for any direct damages (e.g., replacement of a defective charger) is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law and shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product in question.
7. GOVERNING LAW
7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
7.2. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these terms (including but not limited to product quality, refunds, or service issues) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka (where our headquarters is located).
