Returns and exchanges

1. Return Eligibility When Replacement/Exchange Is Not Available

   If your Happystyle365 product (including men’s and women’s clothing and shoes) cannot be replaced or exchanged after delivery due to any reason (such as the product being out of stock, inability to retrieve the product, or other similar situations), you may initiate a return for the product within the specified return period following delivery.

 

2. Product Return Requirements

   When returning the Happystyle365 product, you must:

   – Return the product in its original packaging, along with all accompanying parts, components, and accessories (e.g., tags for clothing, boxes for shoes, user manuals, etc.).

   – Ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation, considering the delicate nature of certain items (such as lace clothing, leather shoes, or other fragile products).

   Important Note: If you mistakenly hand over an incorrect product (non-Happystyle365 products or products not corresponding to the original order) to our authorized delivery service partner in India, Happystyle365 shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of such incorrect products during transit or in any other related circumstances.

 

3. On-Site Quality Control Check During Pickup

   Upon the arrival of our delivery partner for product pickup (for return, replacement, or exchange), certain Happystyle365 products may be subject to an on-site quality control check. The delivery partner will verify the following quality control parameters:

   – The product belongs to the Happystyle365 brand.

   – The product’s style, model (e.g., specific clothing style, shoe model), color (if applicable), and size (if applicable) match the original order details.

   – The number of packaging pieces is complete (e.g., no missing inner boxes for bundled accessories).

   – The original Happystyle365 packaging box is intact, undamaged, and in a resalable condition (free from tears, stains, or excessive wear that would affect its usability for resale).

   – No accessories or components are missing (e.g., no missing buttons for clothing, no missing laces for shoes).

   If the product fails to meet any of the above parameters, the processing of your return, replacement, or exchange request may be put on hold. You may submit a new request for the same product, provided that the specified return period for the product has not expired.

 

4. Processing of Replacement/Exchange and Refund

   – Once our Happystyle365 factory or authorized quality control center in India receives the original product and completes a thorough quality check, we will arrange for the shipment of your replacement or exchange product to the delivery address you provided.

   – If a return is confirmed as valid (in line with Section 1), we will process the refund for the original product in accordance with the payment method used for the initial purchase (e.g., credit card refund, UPI transfer, etc.).

 

5. Shipping Fee for Refusal of Delivery

   – If you refuse to accept the original order containing only Happystyle365 products that are eligible for replacement or exchange, a fixed shipping fee of 50 Indian Rupees (₹50) will be charged to your account.

   – If you refuse to accept the replacement or exchange product(s) after they have been dispatched to you by Happystyle365, the same fixed shipping fee of ₹50 will also be applicable.

6. Application of Coupons and Discounts for Returned Orders

   – If any or all Happystyle365 products in an order placed using a coupon code or discount are returned, the original coupon code or discount will no longer be valid for that order. Additionally, the value of the discount applied via the coupon or discount will not be included in the refund amount for the returned product(s).

   – In the case of a valid replacement or exchange request, the replacement or exchange order for the Happystyle365 product will be entitled to the same coupon code or discount as the original order, provided that the coupon/discount terms (e.g., validity period) are still applicable.

 

7. Return/Replacement/Exchange for In-Store Self-Service Purchases

   – Happystyle365 products purchased through self-service terminals at authorized Happystyle365 stores in India can only be returned at the same store where the purchase was made. Returns for products bought via in-store self-service terminals will not be accepted through the Happystyle365 official website or any other online channels.

   – Currently, replacement and exchange services are exclusively applicable to Happystyle365 products purchased online (via the official website, authorized e-commerce platforms, etc.). Products purchased from physical Happystyle365 stores (including via self-service terminals) are not eligible for replacement or exchange through online or offline channels, except for return (as per the in-store return policy).

 

8. Terms for Orders with Free Products

   – If you submit a return request for a Happystyle365 product that was associated with a free product (as part of a promotional offer), the free product may be canceled—even if you later cancel the return request for the main product—if the free product has not yet been dispatched or is still in transit to your specified delivery address in India.

   – Cash on Delivery (COD) is not allowed for any Happystyle365 promotional offers that include free products.

   – If the free product you received (as part of a Happystyle365 offer) is damaged, defective, or missing from your delivery, Happystyle365 will not provide any refund, replacement, or exchange for the aforementioned free product. This policy applies regardless of the condition or availability of the main product in the order.
